Event Description

Friday, December 8 – 7:00 EVENING Performance $19 (Come for the 6:30 p.m. preshow – a gift to our Friday guests)

Thank you for your ticket purchase for – “The Green Velvet Christmas Dress … a Story of Hope in 5 Monologues” & a red velvet cupcake interactive teatime.

Our DOORS will open a half hour before each show.

PARKING: Parking is in the Salvation Army Pasadena Tabernacle’s lot is on Mentor Avenue, south of Walnut Street, or street parking.

SEATING: Because our show has a benevolent value in its intent, we do not have pre-selected seating arrangements. And so, we ask that Christmas kindness prevail in the finding of a seat and “saving one for a friend”. Please do NOT save rows of chairs. The GVCD cast & crew – our family & friends – will find their own seats just as you did (and hopefully right next to you : ).

RECOMMENDED AUDIENCE AGES: Storyline is appropriate for ages *8 years and older. *Some of the storyline involves death and grief – our hope is sensitivity to children.

FYI: the familiar Red Kettle will be available for your additional giving to support the Salvation Army’s life-changing programs in the Pasadena and San Gabriel Valley areas that run throughout the year.

We are looking forward to sharing a play that we believe will shape your Holiday’s goodness… and your story.
